- ½ kg beef ribs, cut into 1 & ½ inch cubes
- ½ cup sliced pineapples
- 2 cups tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 5 cups water
- ½ cup onions, sliced
- 7 pcs whole peppercorns
- 2 pcs beef cubes
- 1 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 pcs finger chili
- In a pot, tenderize beef in 5 cups water then add onions, tomatoes, peppercorns, and beef cubes.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add- in pineapple slices, sugar, and chili.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy!
