Pineapple Beef

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg beef ribs, cut into 1 & ½ inch cubes
  • ½ cup sliced pineapples
  • 2 cups tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 5 cups water
  • ½ cup onions, sliced
  • 7 pcs whole peppercorns
  • 2 pcs beef cubes
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 pcs finger chili

Procedure:

  1. In a pot, tenderize beef in 5 cups water then add onions, tomatoes, peppercorns, and beef cubes.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add- in pineapple slices, sugar, and chili.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Remove from heat and serve hot. Enjoy!
