Yup, this is two of our favorite desserts combined into one! You may think it’s complicated to make, but really, it’s very easy!

Ingredients
  

For the Jelly Flan:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 pack (25 g) unflavored white gelatin powder
  • 1 can (300 ml) condensed milk
  • 1 can (370 ml) evaporated milk
  • 3 pcs egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • A few drops of yellow food color

For the Coffee Jelly:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp unflavored white gelatin powder
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp instant coffee
  • ½ tbsp evaporated milk

Instructions
 

For the Coffee Jelly:

  • Combine water and 1 tablespoon unflavored white gelatin powder in a pan. Mix until the gelatin powder is dissolved.
  • Add-in the sugar, instant coffee and evaporated milk. Mix until well combined.
  • Turn on the stove and cook over medium heat. Keep stirring until it comes into a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat.
  • Scoop about ½ cup of coffee jelly mixture into each mold. Let it cool to set.

For the Jelly Flan:

  • Beat 3 eggs in a bowl then set aside.
  • In a pan or pot, dissolve 1 pack unflavored gelatin powder in 2 cups of water.
  • Add-in thr beaten egg, condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  • Add a few drops of yellow food color to give a bit of yellowish color.
  • Turn on the stove and cook over medium heat. Keep stirring until it comes into a boil. Once boiling, turn off the heat.
  • Scoop mixture and pour on top of coffee jelly. Pop bubbles using a toothpick or a fork. Let it cool to set.
  • Once set and cooled down, you can remove the coffee jelly from the mold. Serve now or chill for later.
