Buttered Vegetables

Buttered Vegetables Recipe

Ingredients:

  • Snow peas ( sitsaro )
  • Carrots, peeled and diced
  • Canned corn kernals, well drained
  • Sayote, peeled and cube
  • Melted butter ( low – fat, if preferred )
  • Combined salt and water

Procedure:

  1. Put 3 cups of salted water in a saucepan.
  2. Boil vegetables separately until tender but crisp, drain.
  3. Combine vegetables in a bowl.
  4. Coat and toss in butter.
  5. Transfer to serving platter.
