Milo Graham Float

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Milo Powder
  • 220g graham crackers
  • 740ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
  • 390g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
  • 10g gelatin, clear and unflavored
  • 1/8 cup hot water

Toppings:

  • 21 Milo nuggets
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1/8 cup chocolate flakes

Procedure:

  1. Combine condensed milk and milo powder. Mix well
  2. Mix gelatin and hot water. Set aside
  3. Whip cream on high speed until doubled
  4. Gradually add Milo-condensed milk mixture. Whip for another 2-3 minutes
  5. Add dissolved gelatin and mix well
  6. Assemble: Arrange graham crackers into the container
  7. pour 1/2 cup of cream mixture
  8. optional: sprinkle milo powder
  9. Add another layer of graham crackers
  10. Pour another 1/2 cup of cream mixture
  11. Add toppings and chill overnight
