Layered Coffee Jelly

Ingredients:

Coffee Layer:

  • 1 pack (25g) Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Instant Coffee
  • 6 cup Water

Cream Layer:

  • 1 pack (25g) Unflavored White Gelatin Powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 pack (33g) Powdered Milk
  • 2 pack (250ml) All-Purpose Cream
  • 4 cup Water

Procedure:

  1. In a pot combine unflavored white gelatin powder, sugar and coffee. Mix. Add water and stir to dissolve. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour 1 cup of the mixture into a mold (I’m using 7 x 7 inch square pan). Let it cool to set.
  2. While waiting for the coffee layer to set. Combine white gelatin powder, sugar and powdered milk in a pot. Mix. Add water and all-purpose cream. Mix well. Turn on stove and stir over medium heat until it boils. Pour 1 cup of the cream mixture over coffee jelly. Let it cool to set.
  3. Repeat process until you make 5 layers and coffee layer is on top. Carefully unmold jelly and cut into square. Chill in the ref before serving.
