Ice Cream Ice Candy With Choco Shell


  • 740ml all purpose cream (chilled overnight)
  • 410ml evaporated milk (chilled overnight)
  • 390g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
  • 2 tbsp vanilla extract

Optional flavors:

  • 1/2 cup oreo, crushed
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup peanuts
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips

Chocolate Shell:

  • 2 kls semisweet chocolate, diced
  • 10 tbsp vegetable oil


  1. Combine condensed milk and evaporated milk. Mix in vanilla extract and chill
  2. Set up: place mixing bowl/casserole pot over the ice. Surround it with ice. Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size
  3. Gradually add condensed-evap milk mixture and mix for another 3 minutes.
  4. Optional divide cream mixture into 3 equal parts. Add flavor and chill
  5. Melt Chocolate. Add vegetable oil and let it cool
  6. Prepare ice bath/iced water on the side
  7. Fill ice candy wrapper with melted chocolate
  8. Dip it into iced water until outer layer if the chocolate hardens
  9. Pour excess chocolate back into the bowl
  10. Pour ice cream mixture inside
  11. Tie the ice candy wrapper
  12. Freeze overnight
