Chuckie Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1L Chuckie
  • 410ml evaporated milk
  • 250ml all purpose cream
  • 390g condensed milk
  • 5 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 25g black gulaman powder
  • 5 cups water (for gulaman)

Procedure:

  1. Cook jelly
  2. Chuckie mixture: Combine chuckie, evaporated milk, all purpose cream, condensed milk and cocoa powder
  3. Assemble: Put 1/3 cup black gulaman into the bottle. Add 1 cup chuckie mixture.
  4. Cover and refrigerate
