Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 250 g Garlic
  • 250 g Chili Pepper
  • 375 mL Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Procedure:

  1. Grind garlic and chili pepper in blender
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil on pan
  3. 3. Put chili pepper in pan and stir in low heat
  4. 4. Add garlic the stir and stir in low heat until golden brown
  5. 5. Add more oil as desired
  6. 6. Add salt and pepper
  7. 7. Turn off fire, and let the remaining heat cook the chili pepper and garlic
  8. 8. Put into glass jar for packaging, Good for 3 bottles.
