- 3 pcs extra firm tofu, fried until medium brown
- 15 pcs sitaw, cut into 2 ½ inch length
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbsp cooking oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Start by slicing the fried tofu into squares then set aside.
Heat the cooking oil in a pan then saute garlic and onion until the onion is soft.
Add in the sliced tofu then add soy sauce and water. Let boil.
Pour-in the vinegar. Let it reboil.
Add in the sitaw. Stir and cover then simmer for 5 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer to a serving bowl, enjoy!
